Course Completion Timeline and Extension Requests


Participants are provided 90 days from the date of registration or payment to complete their on-demand course.

If additional time is needed, participants may request a one-time extension of 14 days (two weeks). To be eligible:

  • The request must be submitted before the 90-day access period expires.
  • To request an extension, email [email protected] and specify the course you are enrolled in.


Requests submitted after the 90-day window cannot be accommodated.

Please note:

  • Only one extension is permitted.
  • If the course is not completed within the extension period, no further extensions will be granted.


Participants who exceed the original access period without requesting an extension, or who do not complete the course during the extension, will need to re-enroll and submit a new payment to continue.
